In the event the Group must terminate this Agreement, this action would constitute a breach of the Agreement and the Group agrees to forthwith pay to the Hotel as liquidated damages at the time of written notice of such termination, a charge equivalent to the percentage indicated below of total Anticipated Revenue. Anticipated Revenue is defined as the room and tax charges for the Room Block, as indicated in this Agreement.
